Facebook Business Page Rental For Money - Is this a scam?

If you are managing pages on Facebook, probably you might have got many messages like this.

Hello I'm Interested in renting your page i'll just give you 2 article/video in a day you can post yourself on the page  i'll pay you $1000 USD per week and my all payment will be done in advance if you are agree then send me a friend request so we will easily communicate.
 Note: i don't need any kind of the access on the page

Furthermore, they will also lure you by saying this.

I am working for an advertising and marketing firm, we are looking for traffic for sponsored ads we provide Facebook verified ads only we are offering fix weekly payout no links no click bait, only sponsored ads of some multinational brands.

Before you make any deal with them, let me tell you its scam.

Reasons why i call it a scam:

1) The message that you receive, it directly goes into spam (Filtered By Facebook). System knows it better than us. If they are really interested in partnership, they will contact you via email you provided on page. Legitimate way to do a business. Spam means they are sending the same messages to multiple pages same time. They are interested in taking control over your page.

2) In the profile of the message sender, you will see that they have added some popular Media Sites at they are working. But It is too obvious to get you fallen in trap. In profile you will see just the work place and most the place they live in. Some dp have been changed. But Most of the time message sender is female and seems to be fake IDs. 

3) Each time their IDs became either disabled or deactivated by them. For what reason? Either they got succeed in trapping someone or suspended by Facebook. Here is the proof.

4) They claimed that they don't need any editor or admin role. but that is a lie. I once chat with one. She told me that she will give one article per day and pay advance for it. She gave me the link of famous internet media, news and entertainment company from which she will give daily articles. Now came the real scene. I asked how would you give me articles? via page inbox? The reply was "It would be better if you connect with personal profile and article would be posted by them from facebook business manager" You have to assign them as assets. The moment you add them as assets and make mistake while giving permission the page control  goes to them. If they are really interested in growing their income by renting our page, they need to give us articles only, not the access to insights, ad accounts etc. 

I dont have much knowledge about this. I just wrote about my opinions so if anyone has some better information share with me in comment section.
