How to solve Facebook error "Sorry, something went wrong"?

we are working on getting this fixed as soon as we can.

Last week i had a problem with my facbook page as shown in the image. When i try to open my facebook page, there was an error message displayed that something went wrong and we are working on getting this fixed as soon as they can. Everything else was working fine. The homepage of facebook, other groups as well as other pages were working fine at that time. Only my page was not working. 

So I googled about this problem and also went to the Facebook Help Community. The Final solution of this problem that worked for me is given below. But First of all you might see the reason that i think that caused this problem.

Reason of Getting Facebook Error Sorry, Something went wrong.

I am not exactly sure about this reason. but when i removed my last activity which probably caused this error, the Facebook error was solved. So this might be the strongest reason which caused problem.

According to me, when you try to post something  which are not allowed on Facebook like sexual activity posts and restricted website's URL etc., the Facebook will try to automatically remove those links and content by their system. Somehow it takes some time to notice them about these contents.

when they notice this, the system causes this error (probably).  For better use of Facebook, they already provide us Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. But We already accept them without reading. :P 

You might have seen that when you promote your Youtube video's link or website's link by sharing them in many groups continuously, Facebook will temporarily block you from using the service of posting in groups. It is like that when you post prohibited content, you got this message to prevent you from posting as penalty.

Want To know What I Did? and why I got this error?

I promote my Youtube videos on facebook by posting links. but this time i used the website www.link2fb.com. This website provides the custom thumbnail of whatever the image you want to use. Most people use pornographic/sexual thumbnail to get more views on youtube. That's why Facebook has blocked this website. You cant even report about this problem in Facebook Help Community. As soon as you write in your question Link2Fb in Facebook Help Community, they will suggest you to remove this word from question. There are so many URL shorteners which are also prohibited from Facebook, if you use one of them, then you might have got this problem.

Now, let's come to the solution.

Solution Of Something went wrong on Facebook

1) The first solution when i googled about this problem found is access the mobile version or basic version of the Facebook.

If you got this error on the URL: https://www.facebook.com/xyz

then,

use URL: https://m.facebook.com/xyz 

or https://mbasic.facebook.com/xyz

or https://iphone.facebook.com/xyz

This will open the Mobile version and basic version of Facebook. and you can access the page which was earlier showing this error.

but as you know, this is not the permanent solution of this problem. 

                                                                                                                                                   

2) Second solution is, if you wait for the particular time around one month until your block to posting is removed, you will be allowed to do posting and will not get this error.

                                                                                                                                                  

3) Third solution that solved my problem is: 

► Go to Facebook's Security tab on right side above logout option and change your password.

► While changing your password, select the option to logout from all devices also.

► Once you update the new password, they will ask you about Your account's activity which will be showing the last likes, comments and posts made by you. Delete all the activity of that month.

► Click Okay to delete activity and you will be logged out.

► Now, login with the new password. The problem will be solved.

NOTE: I applied with the third solution and it worked for me. Unfortunately, i could not provide the screenshot of this third step because i have already solved this problem for me. Further, if this doesn't work, feel free to write and let me know.
