I get few frequenty asked questions on my instagram about getting rejected by adsense. I suggest you to do following things to get fast approval of adsense.

1) Create your blog/website with the language you are excellent in but it should be from the above list only. Dont alter the content of your blog in multiple language. Stick to any one language. 

2) Create content of your own, articles or posts you have written based on your own personal knowledge, experience and opinions. Dont just copy paste. If you want to do copy paste from others and earn money, then join other adnetworks.

3) Once you have enough posts(there isnt any fixed number) and you are getting good amount of traffic, apply for adsense. Your traffic must be organic. Dont share too much to get visitors. Even less visitors blogs are also accepted by adsense.

 4) Don't create multiple accounts to apply for adsense for multiple sites. Just use one account and enter your details carefully, you will get PIN at that address.

5) To get tracking of your website use tools like Google search console and Google analytics. 

6) How long does it take to get approval? The answer is not fixed. It takes time. Have patience because even after getting approval it takes time to earn 100 dollar. You cant withdraw your payment unless you collect 100 dollar. So first focus on getting organic visitors by creating high quality content.

7) If your blog is rejected for adsense. Reapply only if you have made major changes suggested by Adsense in email, otherwise don't reapply with same blog address.
