I have been managing four facebook pages. All these pages are having huge fanbase. Normally i was getting 70K organic reach on facebook page having like around 450K like and i was posting daily basis with topics latest news, memes and quotes. Suddenly the posts on one of my page started getting less reach than normal. I might say it as it hardly reached to 8 to 30 people and get likes around 4-5. Most of the people thought that it is a bug but its not a bug. Its like penalty who share false and spam contents. I had faced this issue earlier so i thought i could write some of its causes and its probable solutions. I guess this problem can be divided into two parts.

1)Zero reach on links type post only
A year ago back in 2018, i started sharing instant articles on my facebook page. Depending upon my page's audience initially my articles reached sufficient people and the posts like photo, videos, text worked fine. Later i got some violation on two articles saying to take it down due to copyright. I took it down and the next day i started sharing posts as well as links of my instant articles. Strangely the other types of posts were working fine but the links i shared wasn't getting any reach. So I searched and found the solution. Open the below link by logging in your account you manage for page.
Open This To Appeal Page Block: LINK
Causes of block are clearly written on that link.
- It states that Your Page has been sharing links that we believe are clickbait, such as a headline designed to get someone's attention and lure them into clicking it. Your post will still appear on your Page, but it won't appear in News Feed. You can appeal thier decision by selecting your page from dropdown list and write in description about your problem in detail.
- If your page is not listed there,you will get message like this (You have no eligible admined Pages.)
2) Zero reach on all type post like photo,video,text and link post.
If your page is not listed on the above link, and you are still getting less reach on all type of posts, than you have to wait till 7 days untill the block is automatically lifted by facebook.
Note that i got block for seven days and later the posts were getting reach but after two days the problem was back and all i can do is wait for next seven days. Some other page admins claims that block remained for them was 14 days and one month.
Many of the blog articles written by facebook states that Clickbaits and False News triggers reduced newsfeed distribution of posts. I suggest you to go through all the links mentioned below to avoid this problem and also look for fresh newsfeed algorithm from facebook..
