Hello Everyone, 

I have been facing the same problem since last 4 months on my facebook pages. Although i haven't found any proper reasons why it occurs and what are the steps we can do to avoid this problem, i have come up with probable reasons and solutions for it. 

The first thing that you can do is to appeal their decision by submitting the details why the limits should be removed from your page. I did it many times but i didn't get any response from the facebook. 

*Update: Facebook has now removed the option to appeal the decision. Now you can only disagree with their decision.

So the next thing that we can do is to wait for seven days, since the limit is for seven days :(  

*Update: After waiting seven days, the limitations are getting extended for another seven days. This goes on. 

That's all we can do? Nope. There are several reasons but we might not aware of it, so let's exploit it and try to follow to avoid the problem.

1) First of all read this page specific policies from facebook and community standards which clearly states that what should be do and dont's.

2) Avoid spam. I mean don't run pages just for gaining likes, follows and shares.  Even sharing your post in multiple groups is considered as spam.  Facebook do not allow people to use misleading or inaccurate information to collect likes, followers or shares. Read carefully below don'ts:

3) Avoid Misrepresentation. I have not been writing all that is already written by facebook so click here and read it. I always used the images as background for posting on page from google so knowing it whether it is free or copyrighted i used it. This might be one of the reason.

4) Dont make false news for gaining likes and shares. Facebook nowadays is working very high to reduce false news by reducing the newsfeed distribution of that page. I suggest you to read this link.

5) Do not artificially boost the popularity of content 

I know i have been stating to read and follow the community standards and facebook's page policies, but it has helped a little bit. After following the don'ts, i have been getting very less limits on page. Still, if anyone finds a better solution, do comment and let me know.
